  • Family Vacation . Cabo

    Day I

[below] On our flight, we were all supposed to be in the same row, but it didn’t happen for some reason. That’s okay though because this shot wouldn’t have happened. I love how Paul and Glo, the recently engaged couple, are so excited! It was their first time traveling together, and our first time traveling with another couple. :)

[below] Glo and I wanted to take these cute little round cacti home.

We went to Cabo Wabo for dinner because it came highly recommended . . . but all of us thought it was mediocre. It might have been the fact that it was uncomfortably sticky and we weren’t there at a designated time for specials.

    Day II

[below] The Office was great! We dined right on the beach with our feet in the sand. We had a table closest to the water, but most of the time, the view was obstructed by vendors.

[below] Back at our hotel lobby, Paul and Glo did an amazing job mimicking the people in the painting.

    Day III

[below] Hun got a little boo-boo from the pool the previous night.

[below] Paul had some mad skills taking pictures while driving his ATV [Hun and I behind him].

[below] I think Hun was nervous because we were right next to a cliff with no railing.

    [below] Our beautiful hotel

    Day IV

[below] Some from Paul and Gloria’s engagement session . . . we were joking about telling everyone that they got married. ;)

[below] I asked them to be like the cactus – look how cute Glo is with her form and expression!

[below] We rode a boat like this to Lover’s Island. It had a strip of glass on the bottom so that we can see what’s ‘under the sea’.

    Last Day

[below] We ate fish tacos 4 out of 5 days for lunch, especially at this place.

[below] I think they take their beer seriously – this was at the airport.

[below] Mexico beat Hun up . . .  a zit on his normally-perfect skin, gashes on his upper lip and chin from the pool, a bug bite on his cheek and left eye.

[below] We had a 6 hour layover in San Francisco so we rode a trolley to Fisherman’s Wharf and ate at Joe’s Crab Shack. Right after we got our food, the power went out in the whole area.

Glo and Paul, thanks for the good times . . . we SO needed this trip!

  • New Service . Bridal Gown Fitting

We are always thinking of ways to set ourselves apart from others and step up our business to another level. I don’t know of anyone who has done this, so I had an idea to offer a bridal gown final fitting as an additional service. I thought it would be special for a bride to have her fitting documented, to share the moment and excitement with her mother and/or bridesmaids. I had my first session with Amelia about a month ago and couldn’t wait to post it! This past weekend, Brandon saw Amelia for the first time in her dress while she was walking down the aisle - he was so captivated! You can see why . . . can someone say sexy?

[below] I thought it would be fun to have her stand in the display window like a mannequin. There was a passerbyer that went inside to tell her how stunning Amelia looked.

  • Hun continues to amaze me with his work. Below are my favorites from his session with Rachel. Rachel has amazing eyes . . . I guess their family has genes where their eyes change colors.

  • Aiden Meet World. World Meet Aiden.

    Congratulations to Donna and Jason!

As hubby and I were leaving Aiden’s room, this picture was hanging outside the wall. The very same picture was in a bookmark I gave Donna and Tina when we were in college to represent our friendship. I thought that was cool because it reminded me of how far we all have come.

  • It was Jeffrey’s third time in Seattle and the first time it didn’t snow on his visit. We couldn’t have asked for better weather! We have a few weddings lined up at Olympic Sculpture Park, but it was Hun and my first time there. We had so much fun and laughter during the session with Liane and Jeffrey. One of the cute funnies that Jeff said was something like, “It’s good to learn these poses so we can use them later while we’re hanging out.” We’re not able to make it to their wedding in Texas, but we wish them all the best!

[below] Sometimes Hun likes to jump in and be included.

[below] My signature feet shot – Liane had such cute shoes on I couldn’t resist!
