God has especially been instilling this into my heart and mind these days:
Every moment of everyday I have a choice . . . a choice to be better, a choice to be complacent or a choice to be worse.
Of course, most of us would automatically want to make the choice to be better. But in difficult and challenging circumstances [in disappointment, pain, anger or hurry], it’s dang hard. But that’s why God is always there to help us. We seek, He guides.
To top it off, yesterday I was reading ‘The Purpose Driven Life’ and BAM!
“Every choice has eternal consequences, so you had better choose wisely.”

that was a good book… i should read it again…
so true, so true…
that is so true…i totally agree with you. i also heard something a little while back along the same lines. “we can’t control the circumstances that come into our lives, but we do have control over how we will look and deal with them”…hope you’re well
i’m with you on that one grace!!
What this song that’s playing called again? God put this song in my head one day when I was working and cleaning the bathroom and really wanting to quit because I didn’t want to work there. I was also having a bad day and I decided to sing a praise song because I knew I shouldn’t think selfishly… not only that, but because I knew dwelling would just make my day worse. It was the perfect song. I wasn’t even thinking about what I was humming… and than I thought about the words more and WOW it was the perfect song for me from God. haha… I just want to post the lyrics up on my xanga site… but I can’t seem to find the lyrics online… =
